PAYMENT POLICIES
Our system requires each family to keep a current VISA, Discover, or Mastercard on file. We do not accept AMEX.
Payments do NOT process automatically upon registration.
By agreeing to Joy in Motion’s payment policy, you authorize Joy in Motion to charge the card on file when fees are due.
Check or cash payments are accepted if noted in the comment section during registration or communicated via email.
If a credit card cannot be processed and a payment becomes more than 30 days overdue, a $35 late fee will be applied.
Any student with tuition 30 days past due and no account payments may be asked to stay home until the account is current.
If your account has a credit, it will be applied first, and any remaining balance will then be charged.
Fall & Winter/Spring Sessions
Families may either:
Pay manually in the portal after fees are posted, or
Have Joy in Motion apply credits and process charges within three days of registration
Please ensure:
Your card on file is current and not expired
Your preferred payment plan is selected
Summer Session
No payment plans are available
Classes and camps are posted to accounts upon registration
Credits will be applied and remaining balances charged within three days, unless you choose to pay manually in the portal

FALL & WINTER / SPRING PAYMENT PLANS
Families may choose from the following payment options:

4 Quarterly Payments
Payment plans may be changed before the start of a new session.Please review your billing information in the portal before completing registration.
FALL & WINTER / SPRING WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
No refunds or credits within 7 days of the class start date.
If you withdraw before 7 days prior to the class start date and we are able to fill your spot:
Tuition will be refunded minus a 6% processing fee, or
Transferred in full as JiM credit, valid for 1 year
If enrolled in an installment plan:
Future payments will not be charged if notice is given within 14 days of the next payment due date
📌 Students are presumed enrolled for the entire session.

SUMMER WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
No refunds within 14 days of the class start date.
If you withdraw before 14 days prior to the start date:
50% of the dropped class will be refunded or credited to your account.
ADULT CLASS PASSES
Adult class passes expire each session
Passes do not roll over
PRIVACY POLICY
Joy in Motion is committed to protecting your personal and payment information.
Information is never shared
Credit card numbers are not stored in our system
Payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant SafeSave Payments
Joy in Motion staff cannot view full credit card numbers
CANCELLATION BY JOY IN MOTION
Joy in Motion reserves the right to cancel or replace any class due to low enrollment. Cancelled classes will be fully refunded.
DISCOUNTS
Joy in Motion offers 10% Tuition Discounts for Seniors 60+ and Families with a Veteran, Active or Reserve Military Duty, or First Responder in the Household. Be sure to add this to your registration if you would like to receive the discount. View more info on discounts and scholarships here.
*With rising costs of operation, we have increased our pricing by 5% Winter/Spring 2025. This is the first tuition increase in over 3+ years.
SUMMER YOUTH PRICING – PER CLASS / CAMP
Important Payment Information:
There are NO payment plans for the Summer Session.
Classes and camp fees are automatically posted to your account upon registration.
Any available account credits will be applied first.
Remaining balances will be charged within three days of registration, unless you choose to pay manually in the portal.

WEEKLY CLASSES (3 & 4 days):
30 min cost = $19.50 per class
40- 45 min cost = $21 per class
50-55 min cost = $23.75 per class
70 min cost = $29 per class
SPECIALTY CAMPS (3, 4 & 5 days) = $25/hr
*90 min / 1.5 hr camp = $112.50 total cost
*90 min / 1.5 hr mini camps (with crafts) = $120 total cost
120 min / 2 hr camp = $150 total cost
180 min / 3 hr camp = $225 total cost
THEMED DAY CAMPS (5 days)
AM or PM Only = $23.33/hr - $350 total cost
Full Day (both AM & PM) = $21.50/hr - $700 total cost *Register for both AM and PM and we will add your dancer(s) to the lunch bunch for free. If you add it, it will post fees to your account.
AM or PM Only Lunch Bunch Add-On for the week = $16/hr ($8/day) - $40 total cost *Please register for this option on your own.
Lunch Bunch Day Of Drop-in = $10/day
FALL & WINTER YOUTH PRICING – PER CLASS
Important Pricing Notes:
Each day of the week includes a different number of classes throughout the session. Tuition is adjusted accordingly based on the day the class meets.
Adult dancers enrolled in a 40–45 minute class for the full session and participating in a payment plan will be charged the same rate as Youth Tuition shown below.
ONE (1) FULL PAYMENT:
30 min cost - $19.50 per class
40- 45 min cost - $21 per class
50-55 min cost - $23.75 per class
70 min cost - $29 per class
TWO (2) HALF PAYMENTS:
30 min cost - $10.50 per class
40- 45 min cost - $22 per class
50-55 min cost - $24.75 per class

FOUR (4) QUARTERLY PAYMENTS:
