PRICING POLICIES & PLANS:
FALL & WINTER/SPRING PAYMENT POLICY: The system requires each family to provide a current VISA or DISCOVER or MASTERCARD. Payment does NOT go through automatically. By agreeing to Joy in Motion's payment policy, you authorize Joy in Motion to automatically charge the card you have on file. You may pay by check or cash, if you note that in the comment section or email us. In the event a credit card cannot be processed and a payment is more than 30 days overdue, your account will be charged an additional $35 late fee. Any student whose tuition is in arrears 30 days without any account payments may be asked to stay home. If you have an account credit, we will apply that and then process any remaining balance. In Fall & Winter/Spring, families have the option to go in an pay in the portal after fees have been posted or we will apply any credits and run the charges within three days after the registration. All you have to do is make sure the credit card on your account has not expired and you have selected the payment plan of your choice.

FALL & WINTER/SPRING PAYMENT PLANS: Families may choose payment plans for Fall & Winter/Spring Sessions: 1 Full Payment, 2 Half Payments, or 4 Quarterly Payments. You may choose to switch your plan before a new session. Be sure to check your billing information in the portal. Pricing shown below.
FALL & WINTER/SPRING WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY: There are no credits or refunds within 7 days of the class start date. If you drop for any reason after registering and before 7 days prior to the start date of your class, AND we can fill your spot, we will either refund the tuition less 6% or transfer the full amount to your family's account as JiM credit for future use which expires after 1 year. If you have chosen an installment option, your account will not be charged for further installments if notice is given within 14 days of the next payment due date. Students are presumed to be enrolled for the full session. For Summer information, see FAQs and Protocols.
SUMMER WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds within 14 days of the start of a summer class. If you drop for any reason after registering and before 14 days prior to the start date of your summer class, we will either refund or credit your account for 50% of the dropped class.
ADULT CLASS PASSES: Passes expire each session. They do not roll over.
PRIVACY POLICY: Joy in Motion is committed to online security. Your payment and personal information will not be shared with anyone. Credit card numbers are not stored in our system, but rather processed through PCI compliant SafeSave Payments. We at Joy in Motion cannot see your full credit card number.
CANCELLATION BY JOY IN MOTION: Joy in Motion reserves the right to cancel and/or replace any class due to low enrollment. Cancelled Classes will be fully refunded.
DISCOUNTS: Joy in Motion offers 10% Tuition Discounts for Seniors 60+ and Families with a Veteran, Active or Reserve Military Duty, or First Responder in the Household. Be sure to add this to your registration if you would like to receive the discount. View more info on discounts and scholarships here.
*With rising costs of operation, we have increased our pricing by 5% across the board. We have not had a tuition increase in over 3+ years.
SUMMER YOUTH PRICING PER CLASS/CAMP
NOTE: There are NO payment plans for the Summer Session. Classes and camp fees are automatically posted to your account upon registration. WEEKLY CLASSES (3 & 4 days):
30 min cost = $19.50 per class
40- 45 min cost = $21 per class
50-55 min cost = $23.75 per class
70 min cost = $29 per class
SPECIALTY CAMPS (3, 4 & 5 days) = $25/hr
*90 min / 1.5 hr camp = $112.50 total cost
*90 min / 1.5 hr mini camps (with crafts) = $120 total cost
120 min / 2 hr camp = $150 total cost
180 min / 3 hr camp = $225 total cost
CreARTivity - 4.5 hrs = $22.22/hr (includes a $40 materials fee) = $540 total cost
THEMED DAY CAMPS (5 days)
AM or PM Only = $23.33/hr - $350 total cost
Full Day (both AM & PM) = $21.50/hr - $700 total cost *Register for both AM and PM and we will add your dancer(s) to the lunch bunch for free. If you add it, it will post fees to your account.
AM or PM Only Lunch Bunch Add-On for the week = $16/hr ($8/day) - $40 total cost *Please register for this option on your own.
Lunch Bunch Day Of Drop-in = $10/day
