Studio Rental + At-home Parties

Parking Lot Rental w/Staff On-Site plus amenities includes:

• 30 minutes of set-up (free - prior to contracted party start time)

• 30 minutes of instruction

• Extra party time based on other activities, food, or singing “Happy Birthday”

• Clean up time included in contract

*1 hour and 15 minutes is about the shortest we recommend. Here is two examples:

EXAMPLE #1 (quick party)

• Party starts at 1pm and guests arrive

• Dancing starts at 1:15 and ends at 1:45

• Kids sing happy birthday, eat a cupcake and run around until 2:00.

• Kids get picked up and continue to play as adults clean up by 2:15

EXAMPLE #2 (longer party)

• Party starts at 1pm and guests arrive

• Craft planned by family from 1:15 to 1:35

• Kids have a snack and relax until 1:50

• Dancing starts at 1:50 and end at 2:20

• Kids sing happy birthday, eat a cupcake and run around until 2:45.

• Kids get picked up and continue to play as adults clean up by 3:00.

*Music plays throughout the party except for when singing Happy Birthday!

AMENITIES:

• Bathrooms available

• Oven for use

• Refrigerator/Freezer for use

• 4 - Standard 6' Tables available for use (bring own linens)

• Contract and Release of Liability Waiver must be signed prior to use.

• Must follow County Safety Guidelines

PRICING for families having one active family member enrolled:

• $400 - 1st hour (not including 30 minute set-up)

  • a $50 non refundable deposit is required with the signed contract.

• $150 - each additional hour of "party" including clean-up time

• $150 - additional 30 minute set of games or instruction by our staff

  * Not recommended for those under 8 years of age.

PRICING for families with NO current enrollments:

• $425 - 1st hour (not including 30 minute set-up)

  • a $50 non refundable deposit is required with the signed contract.

• $150 - each additional hour of "party"

• $150 - additional 30 minute set of games or instruction by our staff

At-Home or Off-Site Party includes:

• 30-40 minutes of instruction

• Release of Liability must be completed prior to party date

PRICING:

$300 - for families having one active family member enrolled

$325 - for families with NO current enrollments

Regardless of On or Off-Site, we facilitate:

• A quick warm-up

• A copy me dance

• Dance exercises and/or games

• Choreography designed for the Birthday Person in mind

• We may be able to facilitate other activities and services for additional costs
