FALL & WINTER/SPRING PRICING POLICIES:
PAYMENT POLICY: The system requires each family to provide a current VISA or DISCOVER or MASTERCARD. Payment does NOT go through automatically. By agreeing to Joy in Motion's payment policy, you authorize Joy in Motion to automatically charge the card you have on file. You may pay by check or cash, if you note that in the comment section or email us. In the event a credit card cannot be processed and a payment is more than 30 days overdue, your account will be charged an additional $35 late fee. Any student whose tuition is in arrears 30 days without any account payments may be asked to stay home. If you have an account credit, we will apply that and then process any remaining balance. In Fall & Winter/Spring, families have the option to go in an pay in the portal after fees have been posted or we will apply any credits and run the charges within three days after the registration. All you have to do is make sure the credit card on your account has not expired and you have selected the payment plan of your choice. There are NO payment plans for the Summer Session. Classes and camp fees are automatically posted to your account upon registration. We will apply any credits and run the charges within three days after the registration unless you choose to go in and pay yourself in the portal. *If for some reason you are in need of special payment arrangements, please email us and we are happy to work something out.
PAYMENT PLANS: Now that we are back to a full session (AFTER SUMMER) you may wish to change your payment plan. Be sure to check it in the portal. Families may choose payment plans for a Session: 1 Full Payment, 2 Half Payments, or 4 Quarterly Payments.
FALL & WINTER/SPRING WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY: There are no credits or refunds within 7 days of the class start date. If you drop for any reason after registering and before 7 days prior to the start date of your class, AND we can fill your spot, we will either refund the tuition less 6% or transfer the full amount to your family's account as JiM credit for future use which expires after 1 year. If you have chosen an installment option, your account will not be charged for further installments if notice is given within 14 days of the next payment due date. Students are presumed to be enrolled for the full session.
PRIVACY POLICY: Joy in Motion is committed to online security. Your payment and personal information will not be shared with anyone. Credit card numbers are not stored in our system, but rather processed through PCI compliant SafeSave Payments. We at Joy in Motion cannot see your full credit card number.
CANCELLATION BY JOY IN MOTION: Joy in Motion reserves the right to cancel and/or replace any class due to low enrollment. Cancelled Classes will be fully refunded.
DISCOUNTS: Joy in Motion offers 10% Tuition Discounts for Seniors 60+ and Families with a Veteran, Active or Reserve Military Duty, or First Responder in the Household. YOUTH PRICING PER CLASS
Each day of the week has a different number of classes throughout the Session and we adjust the price based on each day as follows.
* If an Adult signs up for a class for the entire Session and is on a payment plan...it will match the pricing below for the Youth Tuition for 40-45 minute classes.
ONE (1) FULL PAYMENT:
30 min cost - $18.50 per class
40- 45 min cost - $20 per class
50-55 min cost - $22.50 per class
70 min cost - $27.50 per class
TWO (2) HALF PAYMENTS:
30 min cost - $19.50 per class
40- 45 min cost - $21 per class
50-55 min cost - $23.50 per class
70 min cost - $28.50 per class
FOUR (4) QUARTERLY PAYMENTS:
30 min cost - $20.50 per class
40- 45 min cost - $22 per class
50-55 min cost - $24.50 per class
