Wagner Ranch Elementary Presents…

Dress rehearsal dates and times:

Cast One: Monday March 21st from 2:00 - 5:15pm

Cast Two: Wednesday, March 23rd from 3:00 - 6:15pm

Performance dates and times:

Friday, March 25th

Cast Two show at 4:30pm

Cast One show at 7:00pm

Saturday, March 26th

Cast One show at 2:30pm

Cast Two show at 5:00pm

*The cast & crew will be called 45-60 minutes before show time. A few characters may need to be even a little earlier. More information to follow.

*Reminder: per county and school district guidelines, audience members must show proof of vaccination or a negative test and wear a mask.

The Wagner Ranch Parents Club needs volunteers! While we are working on the show, madly singing and dancing with your children, the WRPC is getting ready to work on other parts of the production. It takes quite a team to put on the musical and we need your help!

General Rehearsals: Monday afternoons October 25th, 2021 - March 14th, 2022

• CAST ONE meets 2:00pm - 3:30pm

• CAST TWO meets 3:45pm - 5:15pm

• NO REHEARSALS - 11/22/21, 12/20/21, 12/27/21, 1/3/22, 1/17/22, 2/21/22

Dress Rehearsals:  

• CAST ONE DRESS REHEARSAL 3/21/22

• CAST TWO DRESS REHEARSAL 3/23/22

Performers/Casting: Everyone signed up as a performer will be in the show. Kids will be assigned to a cast and rehearsal time by Joy in Motion after auditions. Parents should indicate if they absolutely can not make a certain rehearsal time. Being flexible will make the most well rounded casts and may increase the chances of receiving a more significant role. Again, everyone will be in the show.

Stage Crew will learn about being part of a technical crew with focus on sets, props, costumes, lighting, and sound. They will be utilized where it makes the most sense for the production and will attend the last three General Rehearsals (2/28, 3/7, 3/14) and one of the Dress Rehearsals (3/21, and 3/23) depending on which Cast they are assigned to.
